It was a pain putting it together but it has been a god send. I can feel my back pain getting better already. I put off buying this until I had a crippling pain in my lower back. I decided to get the chair inversion type so that it would be easier to get on it. It works great. I love it and I am so happy I made the purchase. Now I hope to feel better and get back to exercising.

I was so surprised by the quality of the product. We bought it for a present and put it together for them, so we got to play with it. We didn't know what to expect but it does seem to let you stretch everything out and my son now wants one for our house!!!

I replaced a regular inversion table with this seated version. It is a lot easier to get on and off of, compared to the other one. I like the sturdiness of this machine. It seems to be well made. The instructions leave a little to be desired, but it wasn't rocket science to put it together. At this point, I've only used it about a week, but it seems to be helping my chronic back pain.
