Description

What We Like About The Seated Inversion Core Training System

The Seated Inversion Core Training System is a natural, non-invasive way to relieve many forms of back pain by reducing pressure on spinal discs, ligaments, and nerve roots. It helps to improve cardiovascular and lymphatic circulation for all-around better health, and to relieve muscle soreness caused by overwork. Inversion chairs also serve to strengthen the back and elongate the spine to counteract the effects of gravity and daily stress that contribute to neck soreness and stiffness. Plus, this table features a seated design, which means less stress on your hips, knees, and ankles than from other tables.

Comments about Stamina Seated Inversion Core Training System:

Be sure to assemble in the room you will be using it!Does not fold up at all once assembled.....32"wide.A knot or 2 in belt below seat will shorten it to fit a person with average waistline ie. 36".I added a 5 lb ankle weight to the lower ankle bar to improve the balance, making it easier to return to upright position.I added a small neck pad using a rolled up towel and a bungee cord to help support my neck a bit more. In time this may not be needed as my neck gets more flexible. This is really a quality piece of equipment!! I really marveled at the engineering as I put it together in a little over 2 hrs. Amazingly, there were no missing pieces, nor a single piece left over... not even a washer. Clear instructions. [...] After 2 days of use, I can already feel the difference in my chronically messed up lower back.I really wanted an Inversion Table, but my Orthopedic surgeon felt very strongly that I should not be hanging from my ankles with my prosthetic hip joint!!!! The chair seems to do a more than adequate job of inverting the trunk, or core, without stressing feet, ankles, knees, or hip joints. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

Comments about Stamina Seated Inversion Core Training System:

Product arrived Fed-X in perfect condition. Item was packaged really well. [...] Assembled very easy (about 2-hours by myself) as I took time to read all the instructions and inventoried all the parts. Very high quality item and very very sturdy. A person feels safe as they use this product. After using just a few times (position #1 for 2 minutes 2 times a day as recommended)...I now have greater flexibility in my back and neck. Tightness and stiffness are a thing of the past. My doctor suggested stretching therapy or a chiropractor to relieve numbness and tightness in my legs as I have pinched nerves from old injuries in my spine and osteoarthritis has set in my upper and lower spine. I'm hoping this will relieve the numbness in my legs as I continue to use this item faithfully. This is a great investment and I highly recommend it to others. Hayneedle is a great place to purchase this item. Their price, availability and communication are their number one selling points. Enjoy!!!!!

Comments about Stamina Seated Inversion Core Training System:

This product is fairly weel built for the price point and somewhat easy to assemble with two people; one hour for my son and I.
Be careful to make sure you stay seated properly in the seat when reclining to the maximum as I hurt my lower back by letting my buttocks leave the seat putting my lower spine out of place.
Also, the seat strap could you an improved design. Make sure to assemble it in the proper position.
Works as advertised. Just use caution, as one should doing anything related to spinal stretching/manipulation.
