We use our inversion table to help with back pain. It does the job. It's sturdy. It was easy to assemble - taking about half an hour to do so. The tools included for assembly were the only downside - have your own tools handy - the ones included are flimsy and not very useful. Otherwise - very happy with this product.

I have been unsuccessful in being able to lift myself up by using only my arms. I actually have to pull myself up using the handle bars. Other than that I enjoy using this inversion table in conjunction with my temper pedic bed. I have enjoyed the last several days and nights!

Easy to assemble in 30 minutes but you need 2 adjustable wrenches. The included tool is worthless. I had low back pain with some sciatica for over a year and believe it or not after 2 days I have been pain free. I use it only 10-15 minutes per day. It has really changed my daily life. I use a rolled up towel in my lumbar and neck for support. It is very light at only about 40 lbs. and easy to fold up and move from room to room. I got free shipping and received it in 5 days. Great service from Hayneedle. I really don't see any need to buy the more expensive tables. $130 and in 2 days pain free. It dosen't get any better than that for me at age 56. You must try it if you have back pain. Best to use good socks and shoes to keep from hurting feet. Also don't tighten foot holders too tight--it is painful. The grip is still good even when foot holders are loose fitting.

The machine seems great. But if is's used for exercises then why no instruction's included? The foot is very painful on my ankle but Maybe its just because I'm so dern old.

Over all this product is a good buy and was easy to assemble. But the ankle pads could've been made thicker for more comfort. For the price it is worth it!

This product is very nice easy to handle. I would give it a five star is my feet wouldn't be hurting while being inverted.

Solid, sturdy, it works well. Instructions are not the best nor easiest to follow but we figured it out. The foot rest is not very sturdy for people 200 lbs and over, we'll just have to see how long it will last. All in all it works, the price is reasonable, we are satisfied.
