We use our inversion table to help with back pain. It does the job. It's sturdy. It was easy to assemble - taking about half an hour to do so. The tools included for assembly were the only downside - have your own tools handy - the ones included are flimsy and not very useful. Otherwise - very happy with this product.

I have been unsuccessful in being able to lift myself up by using only my arms. I actually have to pull myself up using the handle bars. Other than that I enjoy using this inversion table in conjunction with my temper pedic bed. I have enjoyed the last several days and nights!

    I have 4 herniated disks , the first 4 in lower back . very painful . After using this a couple times my back feels much better . Hung on the first setting for about 30 minutes and then set to the second setting for my next time for about 15 minutes . The stretching definitely helps take the pressure off of the nerves . with continued use I expect this will be the best thing I ever did for my back ( the orthopedic surgeon wanted to screw my joints together ).

    Another good use is doing sit ups while inverted . Makes a real good upper ab work out.

        We like it a lot. We both have back pain! I have used it for a few days now, I believe that it will be very helpful for us.
        It took about an hour for us to put it together. Don't freak out when you see the amount of parts in the manual. Most of them are already assembled. It would be great if the parts were marked with the numbers showing in the manual. However, look closely at the illustrations, that will help you a lot in figuring out which parts they are talking about. Have your on tools ready! A socket set is very helpful.
        It is easy to adjust for heights, my husband is 6'3" and I am 5'5" so we are moving it all the time.
        The most uncomfortable thing is your ankles, but then it is holding all of your weight. Uncomfortable but not painful. I hope this will help in your decision.
