This was a gift for my husband who had back surgery and continues to have pain. He could hardly wait to get on it. He uses it before dinner at night and uses it every morning before breakfast. He says he hasn't gotten up with an "achy" back in the morning since using it. This is really great for him and so thankful at ease of use. My husband thanks you too!!

I would recomend replacing the cheap chinese bolts with stronger bolts made in USA. Two bolts snapped at the head while I was putting on the lock nuts, and they were not even close to being tightened down. Especially if your hanging upside down and you do not want to end up on your head. Otherwise, the product worked just fine and I am satisfied with it.

This inversion table was nicely priced so instead of ordering from a major discount store I searched and found Hayneedle. [...] hour+ to assemble it by myself. The parts were well-organized and the instructions were simple. It works well and makes me feel good. I try to do inversion therapy several times a day for short sessions. My biggest challenge is the foot print this machine requires in my small home. Make sure you consider where you can use and store your inversion table. You should consider the safety of kids around it, too.
