I have had back pain for over 20 years! I have 4 compressed disc and the pain was getting to be too much to take. I sent for the bed and read all reviews and decided which bed was appropriategfor me. The cheaper ones just looked flimsy and didn't want to hang upside down ifI ddidn't feel safe. From the first time I had immediate relief from my pain...I can't wait to use! I do it 3 times a day and it is just amazing how well it works. You can tell when its time to get back on the bed....your back will love you! Thanks so much hay needle! Make sure you have someone who is good at assembly its not as easy as they say...but worth it!!!!!!

recieved this table yesterday, one day earlier then expected. husband put it together in about 45 mins. have used it several times and am noticing a difference in my back already. i have been having a severe sciatica attack; went to dr. got a shot, prednisone pills, x-rays, and painkillers, will be going to physical therapy. once i am done with all that i am pretty sure this table will prevent me from having to go through all of that nonsense ever again! I have only used the table a few times so far, but I can feel the positive affects already. The only negative I experienced was the incomplete set-up instructions. Fortunately it was pretty easy to figure out and didn't take real long.

I only had it delivered a few days ago. I've had a chronic back problem for many years, the first time I used it, I found instant relief. My back popped 4 times within 5 minutes of using it and I already feel that even my hip, which was misaligned through falling down stairs, is back in place again, and the numbness has gone from my left leg. I am excited and very impressed!
