      An inversion table is great to have but there are a couple problems with this one...It is large and does not store easily, but more importantly the strap does not hold. We had to replace with a chain even though I am only 120 lbs! It slips and slides until you are completely inverted with feet toward the ceiling. Don't trust it, you could end up injured. Replace with a sturdy chain or use extra rope to tie it in the location you want it in.

        I use the product after my workouts to stretch. I also use it to relieve back and hip aches. When it arrived, I put it together rather quickly as it was not difficult at all.
