The Hayneedle experience was flawless and delivery was on time and free! This inversion table is made in China (isn't everything?) and is not particularly good quality. The instructions also lack in quality and clarity. However, for the less than $100 price, you are getting a product that works as it should. The welds, finish, and overall quality is good enough and it seems sturdy enough to do the job. Adjusting the table is fairly easy. The foot holds get a bit uncomfortable when you are inverted and could definitely be improved. Even if it only lasts two or three years it will be worth the price. Who knows, it may even last longer!

The instructions, pictures and explanations are Very difficult to understand and do not cover all the steps required to assemble the Table. The Tools and parts are not properly identified in the instructions and/or parts list. The tools do not provide all needed sizes to assemble the parts for the Table and are difficult to use. Once assembled the Table's ankle bar adjustment is nearly impossible to adjust and if adjusted the Plastic nut will not stand up to frequent use and should be set and remain the same. Once the Table is balanced it is difficult to use as compared to other Tables, but more expensive Tables. The Table for the price, functions adequately and provides All the benefits of Inversion Theraphy. If a single individual that sets the Table, is the only user, the Table, after proper use and experience will provide All the Benefits of Inversion Therapy. It provided the relief to me, I can Only get from an Inversion Table for my lower back pain, hip and spine realignment, as well as decompression of the spine.

Easy to assemble although the instructions were a little confusing. Came with wrenches and screwdriver, but did not have a wrench for the 6mm bolts and nuts (10MM wrench). Except for those issues, I would have given it 5 stars.

this table has provided back relief that the doctor and chiropractor did not. Easy and quick to use, it only takes a few minutes in the morning and evening to get results. The nice thing is you do not have to change into work out clothes to use it and get results. You can even use it in your three piece suit and not mess up the way you look.
