    The ankle restraints are extremely painful. I can adjust them until the pressure on my ankles is very pronounced, yet when I invert the table the restraints still want to roll inward from the downward pressure and bind my ankles to the point I have to end the session due to the pain. Too loose and you will end up on your head on the floor.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I have always had lower back problems which put a damper on my active livestyle-- body building/tennis/ski and more---until I began using this Iv.Table. A few minutes in a.m. and p.m. and it keeps me cranking. My husband and I put it together in about 3 hours--not divorced so it wasn't that difficult but you definetly need 2 people. Easy to use and works smoothly. Very sturdy. The ankle grips could work more easily. I would reccomend this to anyone struggling with low back issues...

        I am a 200 lbs. female. The leg cuffs bit into my legs painfully, even before inversion. We tried adjusting them with no luck. You could see marks on my skin after only a minute.I have used other inversion tables without pain. It took about 2hrs to assemble. The paint was chipped on one part and another part was bent.[...] I would never buy from Weider again [...]
